Not Ready Just Yet :sigh:
So as with most custom work of this nature, you always run into snags. The rear differential that I had purchased from Bavarian Auto Recycling, was supposed to be an LSD (Limited Slip Differential), but this was not the case. Unfortunately, it was labeled as one, so the shop guys thought nothing of it and installed. Only when the test drive came, did he realize all the power was going to one tire 🙁 .
After trying all last week to source another 3.46 lsd, I had to give in and purchase the correct one from the same place. I’m expecting it to arrive at Rui’s shop on Thursday/Friday, so that I will have it back just in time for the UCONN Auto Show.
No pics of my car this week, but I’ve included a few really nice shots of another E30 M3. This is Stans car and he is a member on S14.net. Pics were taken by an Arthur L. Don’t know who he\she is, but awesome pics nonetheless.
